Terms and conditions

1. PURPOSE

These terms regulate the access and use of the web site, as well as the purchase of products offered by LÁCTEOS DE FRIOL, S.L.U.

2. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The products offered are subject to availability. Prices include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

3. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders will be shipped within Spain within 48-72 hours. The customer will receive a confirmation of shipment by e-mail.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since these are perishable products, returns will only be accepted in case of manufacturing defects. To process a return, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are subject to Spanish law and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lugo.
