1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Since the products marketed are perishable, returns will not be accepted except in the following cases:
- Defective products or products in poor condition.
- Erroneous shipment of products other than those ordered.
2. DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING A REFUND
The customer must notify any incident within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
3. REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS
To request a refund, the customer should contact administracion@lacteosdefriol.com attaching photos of the product in bad condition or wrongly shipped.
4. METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT
If the request is approved, the refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.
5. EXCLUSIONS
Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Products consumed in whole or in part.
- Withdrawal without just cause.
