GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>Since the products marketed are perishable, returns will not be accepted except in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defective products or products in poor condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erroneous shipment of products other than those ordered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. DEADLINE FOR REQUESTING A REFUND<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>The customer must notify any incident within 24 hours of receipt of the order.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>To request a refund, the customer should contact <a>administracion@lacteosdefriol.com<\/a> attaching photos of the product in bad condition or wrongly shipped.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. METHOD OF REIMBURSEMENT<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n<p>If the request is approved, the refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
